ABRA AGM and Meeting 25 May
The AGM and member meeting were held on Tuesday 25 May at ING Bank, Marnixlaan 24, 1000 Brussels. The first part of the meeting was devoted to the AGM. Christian Culot of Going-2 was voted Local Member Advisor and Dave Deruytter of ING was voted Affiliate Advisor. Guest speaker was John Stuyck, Editor of Ackroyd Publications, who spoke about changes in mobility over the years. To see photos of the event click here.
ABRA Approved Rental Contracts
ABRA has worked together with the Chambre d'arbitrage et de médiation on the new rental contracts to produce a contract that takes into account problems faced by expats wishing to rent accommodation in Belgium.
We provide a copy of the contract (Brussels area, the leases from the
Flemish and French areas differ slightly) in French and Flemish so that members can ensure
that they are using the most up-to date copies of the contract. An English
translation (also Brussels area) is available in the Members' Area.

EuRA Launch Quality Seal

EuRA launch the first accreditation programme designed for and by relocation providers. Released in Frankfurt on 30 November 2007, the Quality Seal is an external audit programme for EuRA members.
ABRA members who have received the Quality Seal for 2008 are ABC Relocation, AM&PM Relocation, Brussels Relocation and Sirva Relocation.
